reflection: this quote means that we need to star and continue what we have to do the good things, choosing the right and we have to stop acting bad or stop doing the bad things , what we  shouldn't do have the courage to not do what we souldn't do and also have it to do the good things ,the right things ,because you always stop to do the bad things like smoke, you have to stop smoking and start or continue doing good things like go to school, play a sport or something good that you have to start or continue with it , you have to stop doing the bad things and start with the good ones and be a good person that always do the right thing and choose the right a CTR person and have the courage to do what's right.
